The speed in which we respond to your repair will be dependent on what’s wrong and how urgent the repair is. A full breakdown of repair timescales can be found below.

- Online The easiest way is through the report repair page on the website. Using our online repair tool sends an email straight to the Housing Service where it will be dealt with

When you report a repair, please provide following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- Details of the problem
- How and when we can gain access to your home, to assess the issue and carry out necessary repair work
The length of time your repair takes depends on the type of repair you need. We put each repair into a category:
- Emergency
- Routine
- Planned repairs
Routine repairs ( Seven calendar days)
Jobs that affect safety, health or security of your home but do not need to be put right immediately, for example, faulty light switches.
Planned repair works (within 90 days)
Planned repair works are bigger repairs that take longer to arrange. For example, repairs where we need to use specialist contractors, carry out surveys or do more investigation.
These repairs would include work to paths, flat roofs, plastic windows and major problems with water supply and drainage.
We will give you an estimated completion date for this type of repair, but we aim to complete planned repairs within 90 days.
